The world is changing rapidly. New products must be developed in a record time and production must scale fast. At the same time product cost must be kept low and quality high. As a startup company this is a challenging task to fulfill. To be able to provide reliable products at an affordable cost allóra Factory works intensively together with the Center of Electronics Design & Manufacturing (cEDM) from imec. As a member we make use of their guidelines and tools to speed up time-to-market without sacrificing on quality. Next to that we also participate in scientific projects with cEDM and Belgium universities. During this presentation we will present our NPI process and how we leverage the research done by cEDM.
