What does participation mean?
- Table top;
- Space of 2x3m, table, 2 chairs and an electricity point;
- Contact moments with visitors during breaks;
- Non-commercial speaker contribution in the seminar program (if desired) at €500 excl. VAT.
- Video file of your presentation (this will be broadcast live during the event)
- Company listing and own profile on event website
- Possibilities to post news/films on event website;
- Mention in email newsletters;
- Visitor database with registered visitors (who have agreed to the distribution of their data).
Costs for participation: € 1.950 excl. VAT for FHI members and € 2.550 excl. VAT for non-members.
Pay attention! The €500 for the seminar program is not included in the participation fee.
