Today, artificial intelligence is increasingly finding its way into embedded systems. It enables applications, that were formerly unimaginable. What are the implications of integrating such high-performing hardware, into harsh environments, with demanding space constraints, within a reasonable time frame? And how can we ensure the reusability of such a complex development for similar applications in the future? This becomes clear on the basis of a customer case, in which a cPCI-Serial platform for autonomous driving has been developed.
