FPGA’s are a boost to powerful automation, both in terms of high computational power and in terms of low energy consumption. However, in practice their potential is by far not exploited fully because of the complexity to program them. QBayLogic introduced an innovative design methodology that makes FPGA design manageable and effective. Thereby development costs stay within the agreed budget and time-to-market becomes considerable shorter. During this talk we will present the essence of the QBayLogic design methodology and give an example to illustrate the benefits.
