‘I want to inform you about the upcoming International ESD Workshop IEW (May 17 – 19). This year the workshop returns to Tutzing, Germany (close to Munich).
As usual several topics will be covered including Automotive Applications, Design of ESD Protection Elements, EDA Tools for ESD, Electrical Overstress, 3D Integration and improved ESD/EOS Analysis Techniques.
Attached is the complete program with abstracts for all presentations along with an event schedule. If you cannot attend yourself I would appreciate it if you forward this to your colleagues that might be interested.’
