Premier PBT-250-FR is the latest electrically conductive base material for manufacturing injection molded enclosures. The result is a (PBT) plastic EMC shielded enclosure with a UL94 5VA rating making it the ideal material for (outdoor) environments with exposure to automotive fluids, chemicals and flammability risks.
Compared to aluminum, Premier is half the weight and with the ability to injection mold thinner walls, it can save up to 75% in weight.
