All one has to do is connect the smart SAMSON valve positioners on their control valves to the SAMSON cloud via the SAM PROCESS gateway.

In the cloud
SAM CHEMICALS – formerly TROVIS SOLUTION – is a web-based asset management tool. Data from smart SAMSON valve positioners is stored, managed and analyzed by this tool. The data collected in the field is sent over secure lines and stored securely in the cloud. This gives the user access to their data anytime, anywhere and without risks.

Diagnosis
The tool provides a diagnostic overview of all connected valves and their respective status. Defective devices can be quickly identified through a diagnostic report. As a special service, the diagnostic data of the SAMSON valve positioners is analyzed and assessed in a report. This also results in specific recommendations for preventing or solving malfunctions.
