Fighting for employees
<\/strong>The tightness on the labor market is partly the result of the limited outflow from technical schools and universities. In addition, the supply of (high) tech companies in some regions in the Netherlands and Belgium is so large that recruiters 'fight' for suitable employees. Sandra Engelbertink of HR consultancy 'Personele Zaken' knows all about this. She opens the seminar with a presentation on the challenges and opportunities surrounding the recruiting and retaining talent<\/a>According to her, it is indeed possible to find motivated staff if your recruitment policy is in line with the needs of the current generation of job seekers.<\/p>\r\n

<\/strong>Engelbertink shows how you can proactively tackle these themes and how you can keep employees involved and happy. She does this using a practical case from FHI member Capable BV. She discusses in her second reading<\/a> the steps Capable BV took to find new colleagues who also feel involved in the company in the long term. As a visitor you get an insight into the results and Engelbertink gives her vision on the future of the technical personnel market.<\/p>\r\n

How to stand out
<\/strong>Alvera Lubbers from vacancy website Indeed then discusses the trends and developments<\/a> in the current job market. Your company undoubtedly has the necessary vacancies online, but how do you ensure that the target group finds them and that they do not disappear in a long list of similar vacancies. In short: how do you stand out as an employer without spending a fortune on advertising costs? Lubbers provides practical tips and tricks that you can start using immediately.<\/p>\r\n

Finally, we let the target group speak for itself: young technical talent. The students of Delft Hyperloop from TU Delft will tell you tell personally<\/a> what they look for when looking for a suitable job and how you can persuade them to apply to your company.<\/p>\r\n
