This new multi gas selectable SFC600 has an extremely fast settling time (&lt;100msec) and a large dynamic range of 500:1, making this mass flow controller ideally suited for analytical, medical and industrial applications.<\/p>\r\n<p>This new regulator comes standard with push-in fittings and is currently available with ranges of 5, 20 and 50slm.  The SFC6000 is equipped with an I\u00b2C and RS485 bus as standard.<\/p>\r\n<p>This mass flow controller is based on the innovative CMOSens technology. By using this patented technology, both the sensor element and signal processing are fully integrated into one CMOS chip.
