Producing this requires expertise and know-how in combination with machines that are capable of producing these challenging applications. <\/strong><\/h5>\r\n<p><strong>Flex to <\/strong><strong>stretch<\/strong><\/p>\r\n<p>To meet the new market requirements regarding processing of foils in the consumer, industrial and automotive industries, among others, TracXon focuses on developing progressive and future-oriented products with printed electronics. \u00a0<\/p>\r\n<p>\u201cIn addition to the technical and aesthetic benefits, this method of production avoids the use of excess copper, chemicals and other residual waste required in the manufacture of traditional PCBAs.\u201d says Ashok Sridhar, CEO of TracXon. \u201cThe conductive ink is printed on wafer-thin foil and then jetted and plated with components.\u201d<\/p>\r\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/fhi.nl\/app\/uploads\/filemanager\/940\/1686907280_imagetools0.jpg\" alt=\"Essemtec Puma \" width=\"616\" height=\"256\" \/><\/p>\r\n<p><strong>Essemtec PUMA P&amp;P and jets at 1800mm length <\/strong><\/p>\r\n<p>The investment in the Essemtec Puma enables TracXon to process foils of 1800x600mm, and to apply paste, epoxy and other adhesives.  The ease of use and combination of different processes in 1 machine ensures great flexibility and guarantees the highest accuracy, where components up to a package of 008004 can be
