The pump is hermetically sealed and therefore leak-free and safe. This development opens the door for microdosing in other market segments.<\/strong><\/p>\r\n<p>The\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/nl.suurmond.com\/brand_products\/hnp-m-micro-pompen\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">HNPM<\/a>-micro gear pump type mzr-6355 is ideal for dosing (measured pumping) of small quantities of liquids. Also low viscosity liquids. This includes additives, dyes and acids in the food industry, but also solvents such as MEK, THF and acetone. This makes the pumps perfect for use in chemistry and pharmacy! Both for batch and continuous processes.<\/p>\r\n<p>Because the micro pump pumps so accurately, you do not waste valuable ingredients. You never dose too much. This makes your process more efficient and economical.<\/p>\r\n<h2>New possibilities<\/h2>\r\n<p>This micro gear pump can also be used in polymerization processes, R&amp;D environments and for controlled dosing applications in, for example, a reactor.<\/p>\r\n<p>The unique pump principle of the HNPM is characterized by a continuous, pulsation-free flow. The pump has compact dimensions, low mass and can easily be installed in a fume hood.
