De nieuwe maatregelen van 2023 voor kantoorgebouwen dragen daaraan bij. Ieder gebouw moet dan namelijk minimaal energielabel C hebben. Niet gek dat steeds meer bedrijven overstappen op gebouwautomatisering: slimme systemen die automatisch op de behoeften van gebruikers reageren en daarmee de processen \u00e9n het energieverbruik verbeteren. Marien van Veelen, directeur van\u00a0Vedotec, weet hier alles van.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\r\n<h2>In de rij voor duurzame producten<\/h2>\r\n<p>\u00a0\u201cGebouwen moeten vanaf 1 januari 2023 verplicht voldoen aan energielabel C\u201d, begint Van Veelen. Dit houdt in dat kantoorgebouwen maar een energieverbruik van maximaal 225 kilowattuur per\u00a0vierkante meter\u00a0per jaar mogen hebben. Voldoet je gebouw niet aan die eisen, dan mag je het niet meer als kantoor gebruiken. Een hoop bedrijven moeten daarom flink aan de bak om voor het eind van het jaar aan deze vraag te voldoen. Dat merkt Van Veelen ook: \u201cDoor deze ontwikkeling zien we bij Vedotec een forse stijging van de vraag naar duurzame producten. Bedrijven gaan renoveren en komen voor hun verduurzaming bij ons uit.\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\r\n<p>Vedotec is een van de grootste Nederlandse leveranciers van gebouwautomatisering. Het bedrijf levert bijvoorbeeld producten die helpen bij de automatische luchtvochtigheid- of temperatuurregeling en lichtregelingen\u00a0in een gebouw. Een interessant aanbod voor bedrijven met plannen voor verduurzaming in 2023.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\r\n<h2>Verbluffende intelligentie<\/h2>\r\n<p>Gebouwautomatisering is een logische stap in verduurzaming. Gebouwen regelen zelf de verwarming, ventilatie en koeling. Ze schakelen automatisch verlichting in of uit en openen en sluiten deuren. Dat scheelt onderaan de streep enorm op de energierekening.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\r\n<p>Daarnaast ziet Van Veelen dat producten voor gebouwautomatisering ook steeds intelligenter worden. \u201cNeem als voorbeeld een CO2\u00a0sensor. Deze sensoren kunnen steeds meer zelfstandig acteren en communiceren. Ze meten hoeveel CO2\u00a0er in een ruimte aanwezig is en wanneer dit bijvoorbeeld te hoog is geeft de sensor dit aan. Zo weet je dus precies hoe gezond de luchtkwaliteit binnen een kamer is.\u201d Met deze data kunnen bedrijven een slimmere maar ook een gezondere werkomgeving cre\u00ebren.\u00a0<\/p>\r\n<p>[QUOTE] \u201cGoede gebouwautomatisering zie je niet. Je voelt en ervaart het.\u201d\u00a0\u2013\u00a0Marien van Veelen, directeur Vedotec\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\r\n<h2>Klaar voor de toekomst<\/h2>\r\n<p>De groeiende behoefte aan producten voor gebouwautomatisering vraagt om een goede beveiliging. \u201cJe wilt dat je systeem blijft draaien en niet dat hackers het overnemen. Alles moet daarom goed beveiligd zijn\u201d, vertelt Van Veelen.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\r\n<p>Vedotec heeft daarom de Tosibox, een gebruiksvriendelijke oplossing voor\u00a0<em>remote access<\/em>. \u201cMet dit systeem heb je een volledig beveiligde en betrouwbare verbinding op afstand tussen al je apparaten. We zien dat bedrijven er steeds vaker naar vragen.
