The 42 LED lights assist the operator during the dilution process by indicating which cup needs to be processed.\u00a0<\/p>\r\n<p>Check out the video below for proof.\u00a0<\/p>\r\n<p><\/p>\r\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\r\n<h2>The process explained<\/h2>\r\n<p>Let&#039;s zoom in a little deeper <strong>the entire process:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n<li>Homogenize the sample first if it is solid. These are the first 1\/10 dilutions.<\/li>\r\n<li>Once the sample is suspended or if the sample is liquid from the start, dilute serially with Dilucup.<\/li>\r\n<li>Plate 1 mL of the selected suspension(s) and incubate.<\/li>\r\n<li>Count the colonies (plates should have between 30 and 300 CFUs to get a statistically valid result).<\/li>\r\n<li>Divide the average number of CFUs per dilution level to get the number of microorganisms per mL or g in the original sample.Biokar is well established<\/li>\r\n\r\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\r\n<p><\/p>\r\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\r\n<p>Do you want to know more?
