The current challenges in the industry are so great that collaboration is necessary. Both between suppliers and with end users. This also requires an open approach to technology and the use of standardization. Partners of the <\/strong>Open Industry 4.0 Alliance<\/strong><\/a> present concrete examples in the seminar on Tuesday, September 27.<\/strong>

The Open 4.0 Alliance is a missing link to the market to bring relevant industry and technical standards to life through concrete implementation projects. Members benefit from proven interoperable Industry 4.0 solutions from the OI4 ecosystem.\u00a0<\/p>\r\n

Ricardo Dunkel and Michael Riester present a practical example from the food and beverage industry with a focus on condition monitoring. Continuous monitoring of temperature, conductivity and volume enables a Clean-In-Place process, ensuring product quality and minimizing downtime and maintenance costs.<\/p>\r\n

\u00a0Jules Oudmans and Eelco van Harten show the demonstrator of the sustainability factory in Dordrecht. There, an open digital ecosystem for Asset Performance Management Applications is being set up with the help of the SMITZH program. This approach enables operators to take things to the next level.<\/p>\r\n

\u00a0<\/p>\r\n

Markus Weishaar from Dunkermotoren discusses the technical setup to analyze engine data and detect deviations. This provides the end user with information about the current health status and can predict when the engine needs to be checked.<\/p>\r\n

\u00a0The focus of all speakers and the entire Alliance is to use available technology and an open approach to achieve better results for end users. The Open Industrie 4.0 Alliance is also present on the show floor.<\/p>\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\r\n\t
