This innovative hygienic positive displacement pump will be presented for the first time in the Netherlands by the distributor Spin Pompen (stand 8.D.050) during the upcoming edition of the WOTS\/IP trade fair.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\r\n<p><strong>15 years of market knowledge<\/strong><br \/>The new SLH-5G pump has been developed to meet the needs of the food industry even further. \u201cAs a pioneer and market leader in the field of screw spindle pumps, Bornemann has acquired a unique amount of knowledge over the past 15 years about the application of this pump principle in hygienic processes,\u201d explains Dick Kieneker of Spin Pompen.\u00a0<\/p>\r\n<p>\u201cIn combination with an extensive research process, these years of experience have led to a beautiful end result. In addition to the highest level of hygiene and reliability, with which the 4G series already distinguished itself, the SLH-5G offers a more durable design, unprecedented efficiency for a screw spindle pump and important advantages in terms of maintenance and flexibility,\u201d adds the Sales Manager.<\/p>\r\n<p><strong>Greater capacity<\/strong><br \/>The optimized design of both the spindles and the suction connection and the renewed bearing bracket ensure an even higher yield per rotation. \u201cWith a comparable size, the new Bornemann pump has a capacity of up to 25% greater than screw spindle pumps from other brands,\u201d says Kieneker.<\/p>\r\n<p>By using fewer parts and more stainless steel castings, the manufacturer has also succeeded in launching a more durable screw spindle pump with less weight and therefore attractive pricing with the SLH-5G.<\/p>\r\n<p><strong>Easy maintenance<\/strong><br \/>The smart patented design of the spindle synchronization also ensures that the bearing bracket never has to be opened to adjust the timing of the spindles.<\/p>\r\n<p>The lower weight of the pump, the use of standard components in the bearing bracket and the new optional full cartridge mechanical seals also make maintenance significantly faster and easier.<\/p>\r\n<p><strong>Usage flexibility<\/strong><br \/>The new SLH-5G twin screw pump from Bornemann offers a unique choice of spindle types as standard, offering a proven spindle design for even the most complex applications. Consider very fragile or shear-sensitive products or applications with a very high capacity or pressure.\u00a0<\/p>\r\n<p>Thanks to the new full cartridge mechanical seals, the most aggressive media can also be pumped without any problems.<\/p>\r\n<p><strong>Interchangeability<\/strong><br \/>The SLH-5G screw spindle pump is suitable for a maximum pressure of 25 bar and offers a maximum capacity of no less than 350 m\u00b3\/hour. It is supplied with a hygienic frame as standard.<\/p>\r\n<p>The new pump replaces the SLH-4G and SLH-4U screw spindle pumps.
