With a nice result as a result.\u00a0<\/p>\r\n<h2>To apply <strong>planetary reduction gears<\/strong><\/h2>\r\n<p>Applying and selecting a <a title=\"Rossi Planetary Gearbox EP-Series\" href=\"https:\/\/www.rossi.com\/en\/products\/planetary-gear-reducer-and-gearmotors-line-and-bevel\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Planetary reduction gearbox<\/strong><\/a> is actually just as quick and easy as with a regular gearbox or motor gearbox.<br \/>There is often a wide choice of standard output\/output shafts and the design is in many cases straight\/in-line or angled, sometimes with a flange and sometimes with a foot mounting.\u00a0<br \/>The ratio (delay) can be built up with steps, from 1 step (ratio i= 3.5) to more than 6 steps (ratio i=xx thousand). Fairly simple, as it concerns almost all standard components. Unlike a regular gearbox, a planetary design is fairly modular in construction.<\/p>\r\n<h2>Thermal power and ambient temperature<\/h2>\r\n<p>Also in one <strong>planetary reducer<\/strong> there is friction and heat development inside the cabinet. As with a \u201cnormal\u201d gear unit, the planetary variant is cooled by means of an oil bath. Due to the compact structure of a planetary drive and the lack of space for cooling, both internally and externally, a planetary drive basically becomes a lot warmer than a comparable bevel gear reducer. This is a point of attention when selecting a planetary gearbox. S1 or 24\/7 operation is therefore no problem at all, provided you take this into account and have the agreement of <a title=\"Rossi EP Series\" href=\"http:\/\/www.rossi.com\">the supplier<\/a>.\u00a0<\/p>\r\n<p>There is even the option for ATEX approval (explosion-proof environment) or for very high ambient temperatures. Be well informed about this.\u00a0<\/p>\r\n<h2>Noise level and durability<\/h2>\r\n<p>Since there are more moving parts in a planetary drive, you have a relatively high noise level. By choosing a quality brand with good bearings, good quality synthetic oil (pre-rinsed if possible) and magnetic plugs you can select a very low noise level and a durable drive.
