All microbiological samples can be manipulated by the WASP: faeces, sputum, urine, wound swabs, \u2026<br \/>Liquid samples such as urine and feces, transported in a \u201cCARY-BLAIR\u201d liquid medium, can be randomly inoculated in combination with the eSwab.<br \/>Copan&#039;s unique eSwab automatically and spontaneously distributes the swab contents into the liquid medium, making inoculation as easy as urine. The WASP is the only instrument in its class to offer such comprehensive and automated solutions.<\/p>\r\n<p><strong>Broth inoculation module<\/strong><br \/>The WASP inoculates instrument-ready enrichment \u201cBroths\u201d such as LIM and Selenite, which are part of the Copan LBM line. After inoculation, the flexible barcode labeling arm adjusts and moves from its horizontal position to its vertical position.
