In the seminar <\/strong>Innovations in drive technology<\/strong><\/a> we focus on innovations and developments of 'next level' improvements in user-friendliness, energy, flexibility and the use of multifunctional expertise. Exhibitors from the World of Motion & Drives discuss how we deal with innovations and current challenges in the industry. Concrete improvements and innovations in the combination of 'next level' drive technology and automation are discussed.<\/strong><\/p>\r\n

Jan Bakker van Kolmer Electric Motors<\/a> kicks off with a new look at making electric motors more sustainable. Efficiency, the economical use of energy, is a hot item. But what if this is almost fully developed, as is now the case? Henk then discusses Lafeber van Linak<\/a> the question 'Why choose an electric actuator?'. Do you design packaging machines, agricultural machines or other industrial applications? Then you will probably often have to choose which type of adjustment system you are going to integrate into your application.<\/p>\r\n

Then Erik Peeters takes over Bakker & Co<\/a> takes you into the world of Hybrid Power systems. There are now a large number of different hybrid systems and variants. Depending on the design or technical specifications, coupling systems are required to switch between the drives. After a short pause itsme<\/a> about how to efficiently build machines with a short time-to-market. You want to organize the route from: design, engineering, work preparation and construction to the final delivery of the machine as efficiently as possible. Drive technology is a very important part of this. Bosch Rexroth<\/a> concludes with a lecture on ctrlIX AUTOMATION. ctrlX AUTOMATION breaks the traditional boundaries between machine control, the IT world and the Internet of Things. Thanks to a real-time Linux operating system, consistent use of open standards, app programming technology, web-based engineering and an extensive IoT connection, ctrlX AUTOMATION reduces component and engineering costs by 30 to 50 percent.<\/p>\r\n
