The Liberty 2.0 series continues to develop CEM&#039;s award-winning SPPS technology, with <strong>developments that result in improved peptide purity, remarkable synthesis efficiency, and exceptional automation reliability.<\/strong><\/p>\r\n<h3>What&#039;s new?<\/h3>\r\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/fhi.nl\/app\/uploads\/filemanager\/2356\/1655815026_2022_03_02_2179_web.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"198\" height=\"297\" \/>All instruments in the Liberty 2.0 line have a<strong> innovative headspace flushing process that promotes a cleaner reaction vessel environment and provides an unparalleled level of peptide purity,<\/strong> even for sequences more than 100 amino acids long. Enhanced valve and fluid management developments have been implemented across the Liberty 2.0 line, further complementing the system&#039;s reliability and performance, especially under high-use conditions. A new digitally controlled nitrogen system improves bubbling, draining and flushing, leading to more effective washing and use with green solvent alternatives, such as N-butylpyrrolidinone (TamiSolve).<\/p>\r\n<p>The 2.0 series features extensive reagent positions and automation options. In addition, all systems are equipped with a powerful <strong>updated software package<\/strong>, <strong>that enables advanced programming of complex peptides and post-synthesis modifications<\/strong>.<\/p>\r\n<blockquote>\r\n<p>\u201cThe Liberty 2.0 series is an important development compared to our existing microwave peptide synthesizers.
