Dat wil zeggen tandwielkasten voor Automatisch Geleide Voertuigen, oftewel mobiele robots, die vaak worden ingezet voor het vervoeren van materialen in fabrieken of magazijnen. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.apexdyna.nl\/nl\/video\/gl-seri-agv-toepassingen\">De GL-serie is speciaal ontwikkeld voor AGV toepassingen<\/a>. Daarom vertelt Erik Megens er in deze video meer over.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\r\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.apexdyna.nl\/nl\/video\/gl-seri-agv-toepassingen\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/fhi.nl\/app\/uploads\/filemanager\/1809\/1646401765_video-gl-serie-voor-agv.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"300\" \/><\/a><\/p>\r\n<h2>GL-serie met hoge radiale belasting<\/h2>\r\n<p>De GL-serie is ontwikkeld om een hoge radiale belasting aan te kunnen. Dit wordt veroorzaakt doordat het koppel door de uitgaande flens overgedragen wordt en de kracht door het roterende huis. De kracht grijpt aan tussen de lagers waardoor deze enkel wordt belast op kracht en niet op kiepkoppel. Daarnaast heeft de GL-serie schuine vertranding voor een hoge gelijkloop, is hij zeer spelingsarm, stil en bestand tegen schokken. Als gevolg van de compacte opbouw heeft de GL-serie een inbouwdiepte van 30 mm en is het ontwikkeld met een startkoppelcompensatie: als de motor linksom draait, dan draait de uitgaande flens rechtsom.
