ABtronix's products and service fit perfectly with the existing portfolio. The acquisition means that ABtronix customers will continue to be assured of trusted solutions, service and support in the future.<\/strong>

ABtronix, based in Breda, represents ten Test & Measurement suppliers in the Benelux. ABtronix is strong in vibration testing and is also an established name in, for example, carrying out calibrations and supplying CAN-Bus test solutions for the automotive market. ABtronix supplies solutions, provides training and offers extensive (calibration) services and support options.<\/p>\r\n

Benny Polleunis, CEO of CN Rood: \u201cABtronix products are a perfect addition to our portfolio. A good example are the hydraulic and electro-mechanical shakers. By combining these shakers with our sensor and data acquisition solutions, we are now able to deliver turnkey setups.\u201d<\/p>\r\n

ABtronix owner Ad Bastiaanssen recognizes the possibilities and sees CN Rood as the perfect takeover party. I have now passed retirement age and I am increasingly receiving questions about the future of ABtronix. Our clients want to know where they stand. ABtronix customers initially notice little of the takeover. Benny Polleunis: \u201cWe are taking over the entire staff and the office in Breda. We are also very happy that Ad Bastiaanssen will remain involved until the end of 2023. We also want to expand the existing ABtronix team in the field of sales and service. Customers will initially not notice much of the acquisition, but over time they will certainly get to know CN Rood's complementary products.\u201d<\/p>\r\n
