The Swedish company is taking over 100% of the shares in Geveke from the Japanese Nikkiso Co., Ltd. The German pump manufacturer Lewa GmbH is also going to Atlas Copco.<\/strong><\/p>\r\n<p>Geveke will continue to operate as an independent company within the Power &amp; Flow division of the Atlas Copco Group.
