Dit onderbelichte aspect vraagt om nieuwe oplossing om het systeem te beschermen tegen ongewenste spanningsvariaties of spanningsdippen.<\/p>\r\n<p>Aan de DC-UPS systemen worden hoge eisen gesteld, ze moet beschikken over een hele reeks aan bewakings-, laad- en detectiesystemen om optimaal op elke situatie te kunnen reageren.<br \/>Maar ook seri\u00eble communicatie naar boven- en onderliggende systemen moet aanwezig zijn. Toch mag de integratie in een besturingssysteem niet complex zijn.<\/p>\r\n<p>De DC UPS systemen van Block werken naadloos met eigen DC voedingen maar ook met die van andere aanbieders. Ze zijn daarom uitgerust met een communicatie-interface, vrij programmeerbare potentiaalvrije signaalcontacten en signaal-leds.<br \/>Door de koppeling naar een PLC of IPC kunnen, met de juiste software en de bijbehorende visualisatie, alle spanningen en stromen realtime worden bewaakt.<\/p>\r\n<p>Om de correcte voeding van een industrie-PC te garanderen, moet een gecontroleerde uitschakeling mogelijk zijn, evenals een betrouwbare herstart. Hiervoor is het noodzakelijk dat de uitgangsspanning van de UPS-module gericht wordt onderbroken om de IPC na de uitschakeling de noodzakelijke herstartimpuls te geven, ook als de netspanning weer beschikbaar is.<\/p>\r\n<p>Afhankelijk de belasting, de overbruggingstijd, de staat van het net maar ook omgevingsvariabelen als temperatuur, kan Block verschillende energieopslag media gebruiken,
