The workshops have been well attended in recent years. FHI Advies offers a strong network of professionals for business support. In addition, the workshops provide members with opportunities to expand their network within other industries. That is a strong advantage for participants. That is why FHI also aims to have the workshops take place physically again in the near future. What are the next three workshops?<\/p>\r\n

We choose themes based on popular current topics and frequently asked questions. On March 3, 2022, emphasis will be placed on Cold Acquisition<\/a>. We are receiving signals from many members that the Covid period has been a difficult time to approach new customers. Now that the restrictions are reducing, this also offers scope for approaching lesser-known relations and the workshop can support you in this.<\/p>\r\n

\u00a0<\/p>\r\n

An HRM topic will be discussed on Tuesday, March 8: sustainable employability in practice<\/a>. Employees who are vital, feel supported and receive development opportunities are happier, more productive and work longer for the same employer. In this active workshop you will work together and learn from each other's practice. With practical tips and many examples you can get started right away.<\/p>\r\n

'Managing service employees as ambassadors'<\/a> is important for other professionals within your organization. This workshop will take place on Thursday, March 10, 2022. During maintenance, service and repairs, customers will have to deal with your 'ambassador': how can the extra opportunities be best used?<\/p>\r\n
