An average of 79,530 positive tests per day were recorded over the past seven days, an increase of 35 percent compared to the previous week.<\/li>\r\n<li>The European Central Bank may consider in March whether interest rates should be increased. The ECB would consider this to curb rising inflation in the eurozone, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nu.nl\/economie\/6181922\/europese-centrale-bank-bekijkt-in-maart-of-rente-omhoog-moet.html\">writes NU.nl<\/a>.<\/li>\r\n<li>In 2020, companies, institutions and higher education will spend approximately 18.4 billion euros on research and development (R&amp;D). That is half a billion more than in 2019, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cbs.nl\/nl-nl\/nieuws\/2022\/05\/r-d-uitgaven-ruim-18-miljard-euro-in-2020\">reports CBS<\/a>.<\/li>\r\n<li>The National Cyber Security Center (NCSC) believes that the cyber attacks on oil terminals in the Netherlands, Germany and Belgium are the work of criminals. It would not be a coordinated attack, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.telegraaf.nl\/financieel\/1419973252\/cyberaanvallen-op-olieterminals-bij-havens-lijken-werk-van-criminele-hackers\">writes De Telegraaf<\/a>.<\/li>\r\n<li>ING has filled the straw fund with 346 million euros.
