The German economy seems to be bouncing back.<\/li>\r\n<li>The laboratories that test whether people are infected with the coronavirus reached their maximum capacity of 150,000 test samples per day on Monday. That <a href=\"https:\/\/www.telegraaf.nl\/nieuws\/969622942\/ggd-ghor-labs-bereiken-maximale-capaciteit-coronatesten\">writes De Telegraaf<\/a> based on information from GGD GHOR Netherlands. Commercial providers will be brought in to increase capacity.<\/li>\r\n<li>An existing owner-occupied home was on average 15.2 percent more expensive in 2021 than the year before <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cbs.nl\/nl-nl\/nieuws\/2022\/04\/prijsstijging-koopwoningen-20-4-procent-in-december\">reports CBS<\/a>. In December the increase was 20.4 percent. This is the strongest price increase since 2000. This is evident from <a href=\"https:\/\/www.results.philips.com\/\">the numbers<\/a> from the company.
