It is based on information from the cells of the mobile network. The GSM geolocation is more accurate than a GPS location. On the other hand, GSM geolocation also works indoors, where there is no GPS signal.<\/p>\r\n<p>The 4G LTE universal IO module can work autonomously, but is specially optimized for M2M and IoT applications. The main option for M2M communication is HTTP API. The device supports HTTP and HTTPS Post with XML or JSON file.<\/p>\r\n<p>The module offers a large number of analog inputs with 0 to 10 volts and a current loop \u2013 0 to 20mA inputs. In addition, the device supports the MODBUS RTU interface for all compatible industrial devices, including all Teracom sensors.<\/p>\r\n<p>The analog inputs with their standard range together with the MODBUS RTU interface make the integration of the unit into industrial applications very easy.<\/p>\r\n<p>With the new functionality, Teracom&#039;s TCG120-4 and TCG140-4 can be used not only to remotely monitor parameters of moving objects, but also to provide dynamic information about their location.<\/p>\r\n<p>For more information call or email\u00a0<a
