For optimal heat emission of COBs or SMD LED modules, there are various types of thermal pastes and foils from Parker Chomerics.<br \/>Pastes offer the best thermal conductivity, but they have the disadvantage that consistent processing is not easy. A good alternative can be pads, which can be custom punched in-house according to customer requirements, so that they fit directly under a COB LED. These can be provided with a one- or two-sided adhesive layer.<br \/>For extremely good heat conduction graphite pads can be used, they are also relatively cheap.
