Our right brain has been stimulated in a creative way and thought has been given to formulating our core values briefly and powerfully. But we also thought about Gepro&#039;s identity colors. To this day it is green, but after the session it has become a beautiful color palette. Why?<br \/><br \/><\/strong><\/p>\r\n<h2>Colors evoke emotions<\/h2>\r\n<p><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\r\n<p>In addition to colleagues, customers and suppliers were also present in our workshop. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/dimphyvanheusden\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Dimphy van Heusden<\/a> (Brand Explorer from DNA\/LTB) indicated that this variation in company gives a good idea of how people view Gepro. <br \/>It was explained that <a href=\"https:\/\/blog.colornavigator.net\/nl\/de-betekenis-van-kleur-voor-je-bedrijf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">colors influence the identity of your company.<\/a> Let&#039;s take the color red as an example. It is an activating color and evokes a variety of emotions from aggression and danger to warmth, romance and passion. The color red doesn&#039;t really suit us, but which one does?<\/p>\r\n<p><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\r\n<p>They have become four colors that can be associated 1-on-1 with our four new core values:<\/p>\r\n<p><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>Sprinting skills<\/li>\r\n<li>Exploring<\/li>\r\n<li>Realizers<\/li>\r\n<li>Connectors<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<p><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\r\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\r\n<p><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\r\n<h2>The Gepro color palette<\/h2>\r\n<p><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>When we speak in terms of color psychology,...\u00a0<strong>science\u00a0<\/strong>and<strong>\u00a0emotion<\/strong>\u00a0inextricably connected<\/p>\r\n \r\n<p>During the workshop we were asked which colors should be considered at Gepro. It was surprising to see that the entire color spectrum was covered.<\/p>\r\n \r\n<p>Ultimately we ended up with a color palette of four colors. These four are connected to our core values, to complete the circle.<\/p>\r\n \r\n<p>The marketing agency has provided a brief explanation for each color, which we include in full in the chapters below.<\/p>\r\n\r\n \r\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/fhi.nl\/app\/uploads\/filemanager\/426\/1635278124_het kleurenpallet van 4 kleuren (2).jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"240\" height=\"65\" \/>\r\n\r\n<p><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\r\n<h3>Decisive Blue &amp; Sprint-ready Petrol<\/h3>\r\n<p><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\r\n<p>Blue is the color of the sky and the sea. It is a color that represents the mind, intelligence and<br \/>mind. Blue is seen as the color of trust, clear communication and<br \/>reliability.<\/p>\r\n<p><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\r\n<p>With blue clothing you radiate balance, efficiency and stability. In a<br \/>blue space makes you productive. More associations with the color blue are loyal, patient,<br \/>sympathetic, kindness, truth.<\/p>\r\n<p><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\r\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\r\n<p><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\r\n<p>We don&#039;t just choose the &#039;standard blue&#039;, but two different shades on one side<br \/>for the <strong>sprinting skills <\/strong>(lighter blue) and on the other side it <strong>decisive<\/strong>, tough<br \/>(dark blue). So our first two colors are light and dark blue.<\/p>\r\n<p><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\r\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\r\n<p><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\r\n<h3>Exploring Purple<\/h3>\r\n<p><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\r\n<p>Purple is a generous color and represents creativity, exclusivity, originality, wisdom,<br \/>passion, calm, dreams and spirituality.<\/p>\r\n<p><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\r\n<p><br \/>We choose a lighter purple variant, which represents it <strong>exploratory <\/strong>character.<\/p>\r\n<p><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\r\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\r\n<p><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\r\n<h3>Connecting Green<\/h3>\r\n<p><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\r\n<p>The color Green has continued to exist in our color palette.<\/p>\r\n<p><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\r\n<p>Green is the color of balance, harmony and growth. The color green is calm and makes you pour<br \/>abundance everything you need in this life. Green is also the color of nature and the future, has a calming effect on the body and mind and represents insight, wisdom and dedication.<\/p>\r\n<p><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\r\n<p>The chosen color green represents it <strong>connecting <\/strong>character of our company<\/p>\r\n<p><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\r\n<h2>Even more change\u2026<\/h2>\r\n<p><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\r\n<p>In addition to the core values and colors, we have changed something\u2026 the last piece of Gepro identity\u2026.<br \/>But I&#039;ll come back to that next time...
