These Movoparts are available in a prism slide version with belt drive and optional wash-down protection. The patented prism slides are made of a developed polymer that slides along the extrusion. This type of bearings are ideal for applications that:<\/p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>Shock loads have<\/li>\r\n<li>Must be low noise<\/li>\r\n<li>Working in a wash-down or caustic environment<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n<h3>Linear motion systems with belt drive and guide rail<\/h3>\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>This standard unit can operate in demanding environments, but is also available in wash-down and extreme wash-down versions for extremely heavy environments. The Movopart Linear Units feature a self-adjusting, magnetically sealed stainless steel cover belt, which protects the unit from dirt, dust and liquids. An additional advantage is that the belt runs on the inside of the profile and can therefore be easily re-tensioned without having to remove the load from the carriage. In addition, the patented self-adjusting prism guides are precise, durable and resistant to vibration and shock loads. This makes the Movopart Linear Units a particularly cost-effective linear motion system for wash-down applications in both transport applications and many other demanding applications.<\/p>\r\n<p>Find out if these units are ideal for your linear motion design project.
