Together with the AWVN we are working on an FHI Remuneration Benchmark to enable FHI members to interactively compare salaries and remuneration online and offline.<\/strong><\/p>\r\n

This FHI Reward Benchmark provides feedback in report form as well as the option to make continuous comparisons online.<\/p>\r\n

In the online environment of the FHI Remuneration Monitor you can compare common functions in the sector in an interactive way. Comparisons outside the sector are also possible. This concerns salary, but also variable rewards, lease and pension.<\/p>\r\n

In the offline feedback (custom report) you will also gain insight into how your own organization is positioned in relation to the branches at FHI. This report discusses the elements in terms of time and money in employment conditions schemes. The primary focus is on the salary tables, working hours and variable remuneration.\u00a0<\/p>\r\n

The participation fee<\/strong><\/p>\r\n

As an FHI member, you can participate in the FHI Reward Monitor for \u20ac1,245 (basic package = one-off offline report) up to \u20ac2,650 (most comprehensive package = offline report + online* + knowledge session).
*Online access to the Reward Monitor is based on automatic renewal. The costs for this are \u20ac 1,095,-\/year and if you refresh your data yourself once a year you will receive \u20ac 400,- back.<\/em><\/p>\r\n

Nb. The average costs of a single survey at the AWVN are between \u20ac5,000 and \u20ac7,000 (based on annual salary, working hours, variable remuneration and two reference markets).<\/p>\r\n

To start with the FHI Remuneration Monitor, a minimum of 15 participants is required. We ask you for your willingness to participate. So do you also want insight into how much your employees earn compared to other member companies in technology?<\/p>\r\n

Your response will help us assess whether there is sufficient interest to start the benchmark. We look forward to receiving your response no later than July 23, 2021.<\/strong>.<\/p>\r\n

Based on all responses, we will inform you whether or not we can set up a benchmark for FHI members together with the AWVN. With sufficient participants, the start is planned for the autumn and the results will be available by the end of the year. \u00a0<\/p>\r\n
