This is a technical development with more emphasis on ICT and the combination of technologies in a building. It is also a practical development for users and the professionals who make it possible. While the System Architect training course focuses on integrating disciplines, TVVL and the Building Automation industry have set up a Lead Engineer training course to realize that system. Expertise in various technical disciplines is then of great importance.<\/p>\r\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\r\n<p>The Lead Engineer manages professionals from the individual disciplines. Consider professionals in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, ICT, climate technology, lighting and access control. The concrete content of the position is to develop and engineer the automation concepts designed by the system architect. This includes all kinds of tasks, such as monitoring, reporting and ensuring timely project implementation. The focus of the training is on the technical aspects, but good coordination is just as important.<\/p>\r\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\r\n<p>The learning objectives are partly technical in content. In addition to theoretical lessons, the training will consist of carrying out assignments. Based on technology, the lead engineer draws up a functional design for Building Automation. Essential choices are also made in the ICT field based on relevant procedures, required security and the exchange of data between platforms. The analysis of all required systems, in order to arrive at a suitable Program of Requirements, is a challenging part of the position.<\/p>\r\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\r\n<p>It is useful for the built environment of the future, and therefore all users of the buildings, that expert people connect the systems to each other. This course is challenging, but fits perfectly with that future. In the interests of the owners, the users and the climate objectives, this will become a fully-fledged discipline.<\/p>\r\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\r\n<p>Professionals who successfully complete this certified post-mbo training can assess and apply the coherence of system architecture and integration.
