The laboratory of\u00a0AQC<\/strong>\u00a0has been expanded with a\u00a0X-Ray from Fisher\u00ae<\/strong>\u00a0(type XDLM 232)<\/p>\r\n

The device is used for material analysis. However, the main reason why AQC purchased this is to be able to check coating thickness. On certain specific customer requirements, such as the thickness of Hard Gold, you want to be able to perform an extra check. The saying measuring is knowing is only possible with such a machine.<\/p>\r\n

All versions such as ENIG, ENEPIG, Hard Gold, HAL, HAL Pb free, Silver, Tin can be measured quickly. With a good piece of software, reports are easy to make and can be supplied when desired.<\/p>\r\n

The machine will also be used to selectively designate a location where we can make destructive microsections. We are often asked to perform research for the quality of printed circuit boards in general.<\/p>\r\n

Extra service<\/h2>\r\n

AQC does this as an additional service and wants to be known as a supplier that delivers the right quality.\u201dQuality<\/strong><\/em>\u201d is not in our name for nothing.<\/p>\r\n

This has been on the wish list for some time. We will always keep investing!<\/p>\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\r\n\t
