The ultra-low Rds-On minimizes power losses and heating.<\/p>\r\n<p>The SDI is available in three versions:<\/p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>750Vdc\/50A with 24-48Vdc control<\/li>\r\n<li>750Vdc\/50A with 72-110Vdc control<\/li>\r\n<li>750Vdc\/100A with 24-48Vdc control<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<p>Typical applications are EV charging and propulsion, in trains and trams or for switching power circuits in
