EPI ESD floor and wall systems prevent electrostatic voltage build-up<\/strong>
EPI ESD floor and wall systems prevent electrostatic voltage build-up and consequently uncontrolled electrostatic discharges that can cause damage and\/or latent damage to electrical components. Even small electrostatic discharges, which are not noticeable to humans, can cause this damage. The relevant standard for this, NEN-EN-IEC 61340-4-5, allows a maximum voltage of 100 V (Walking Test). EPI ESD floor systems prevent this voltage build-up, easily meet the applicable standard and achieve values of only 5 V to 20 V. EPI ESD floor and wall systems are available as a coating or cast floor. Due to the many design options, the system can seamlessly continue to other floor parts with EPI cast floor products. For example, choose a functional decorative finish or a colour that matches the corporate identity or existing floor. This creates unity in the entire building, from office to laboratories! Standing still means going backwards and that is something we at EPI do not like. That is why we invest a lot of time, capacity and money in product development. Our Research & Development department works daily on the development of our product range. The developments of our ESD floors are also not standing still. For example, they have recently been improved in such a way that lubrication is easier, which means less to no risks during installation. We are the only ones on the market!<\/p>\r\n
