Flexible, agile business operations and production processes can serve as a &#039;vaccine&#039;. Employers and employees must respond to more flexible working hours and workplaces. According to the authors, positions and remuneration agreements must also evolve more with the business situation. That is why employers want to focus on &#039;flexible&#039; employment conditions.<\/p>\r\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\r\n\t<div class=\"articles bg--offwhite
