The resistors are much more flexible and efficient in signal transmission than conventional shunts. Multiple connection options to the shunt in particular facilitate precise current measurement.<\/p>\r\n<p>The shunts are available with resistance values from 5\u00b5\u03a9 to 500\u00b5\u03a9, for high power application in e-mobility applications.<\/p>\r\n<p>MANGANIN\u00ae and ZERANIN\u00ae, both alloys obtained by Isabellenh\u00fctte, form the resistance element, which is electron-beam welded between two copper terminals and characterized by extremely low temperature dependence of the component.<\/p>\r\n<p>The huge advantage of these alloys is a very low and optimized temperature coefficient of electrical resistance with very high process capability of the R(T) curve, low thermal force between copper and resistance alloys, and extraordinary long-term stability of only &lt;0.5% over 2,000h, unequaled by any other shunt supplier. This provides for very stable measurements during their service life.<\/p>\r\n<p>BAx shunts are standard passive components, but can be customized in terms of resistance value, physical dimensions and surface coating. MIM (Metal Injection Molding) technology is a production process patented by Isabellenh\u00fctte that can create custom geometry and allows customers to realize an unlimited range of shapes.<\/p>\r\n<p>A huge range of flexible connection options allows for measuring current sensing:<\/p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>flex cable<\/li>\r\n<li>printed circuit board (BAC)<\/li>\r\n<li>press fit
