With more than 15 years of experience in foam testing and associated equipment, it was time for the next generation, the new one\u00a0<strong>SITA Foam Tester.<\/strong><br \/><br \/>The SITA FoamTester analyzes the characteristics of surfactant fluids easily, quickly and accurately with automated measurement sequences. The measuring device uses innovative optical measuring methods to determine foam characteristics, such as foam volume, stability, drainage and foam structure.<\/p>\r\n<p><strong>CHARACTERISTICS<\/strong><\/p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>Fast contact-free and high-resolution optical scan of the foam surface with a unique light source;<\/li>\r\n<li>reliable and continuous detection of the foam-liquid interface, even with opaque liquids;<\/li>\r\n<li>fast and high-resolution measurement of the foam structure for the entire foam level; analysis of the different bubble sizes and other unique foam characteristic values;<\/li>\r\n<li>fully automated measuring process including sample conditioning and cleaning;<\/li>\r\n<li>generating reproducible foam generator, comparable to the reliable SITA R2000 and SITA stirring method including the flexible test parameters;<\/li>\r\n<li>individually programmable sequences for foam generation and analysis and easy operation with pre-set test setup or R&amp;D experiments.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<p>The foam testing system consists of a removable container with stirring unit, an integrated sample reservoir with magnetic stirrer, a cleaning system with external water source, an automatic optical measuring system and a touch screen (touch screen) for direct use on the device and the SITA-FoamLab
