The module is well-suited for voltage hold applications, and has been specifically developed for\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.nijkerk-ne.com\/2020\/02\/wind-turbine-pitch-control-ultracapacitors-solving-unreliability-unpredictability-with-the-lowest-tco\/\">wind turbine pitch control<\/a>\u00a0and UPS applications.<\/p>\r\n<p>The strong points of SkelMod 17V are the simplicity of its robust design \u2013 the plastic casing in the standard industry form factor enables excellent value for money, and the higher-than-typical voltage provides an advantage in application lifetime compared to the 16V modules on the market.
