The chute in which the product is poured makes a repetitive sliding movement and takes the product with it, after which it slides under the product in a fast movement, back to the original position. The product is moved in this way, without the top layer of the product moving.\r\n\r\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.vdlindustrialproducts.com\/_cache\/_public\/horizontal-motion-1_YXJfMzAweDIxMl9kXzFfcG5nXy9fYXNzZXQvX3B1YmxpYy9fX3NpdGVfMTAvTmlldXdz_bf15b66b.png\" alt=\"horizontal-motion-1.png\" width=\"300\" height=\"212\" \/>With this method of transport, the risk of damage during transport is minimized and the composition of a mixed product flow remains intact. By constantly measuring the product height and controlling the speed of the drive, very accurate dosing is possible. In addition, the transport direction of this machine can easily be reversed, allowing one to change subsequent processing in the production line without valves or other applications.<\/p>\r\n<p>VDL Industrial Products designs and manufactures a large number of types of transport systems based on vibratory technology.
