The intelligent valve technology with automatic, permanent, hydraulic adjustment guarantees fast and safe configuration, easy commissioning and energy savings. Even with changes in differential pressure and during part-load operation, the correct water quantity is guaranteed at all times. Unique functions, such as the Delta T manager, can prevent inefficient operation with temperature differences that are too low. By integrating the Belimo Energy ValveTM as an Internet of Things (IoT) device in the Belimo Cloud, users can monitor their own usage. This gives them complete transparency into the energy consumption of the cooling\/heating application \u2013 always and regardless of location. The innovative valve technology was specially developed for use in mixing circuits with open distributors and is now also available as a 3-way version.<\/p>\r\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\r\n<p><strong>For use in systems with open distributors<\/strong><\/p>\r\n<p>The electronically pressure-independent 3-way control ball valve with energy monitoring ensures an absolutely air-tight closure of the control path at no load (leakage loss A according to EN 12266-1) and thus reliably prevents energy loss. When used in mixing circuits with open distributors, the flow rate with a constant quantity is determined by the consumer by means of a secondary pump. The new 3-way Belimo Energy ValveTM controls the mixing ratio between control path and bypass. For energy monitoring, both temperature sensors and the flow meter are used in the primary circuit to monitor and control the power delivered at the heat exchanger.<\/p>\r\n<p>By connecting the 3-way Belimo Energy ValveTM to the Belimo Cloud, system behavior can be easily retrieved and optimized regardless of location.
