When a photodiode within a PIC absorbs photons, it generates a small photocurrent which requires amplification to be accurately measured and analyzed.<\/p>\r\n<p>The Quantified Photonics PCA Series High-Precision Photocurrent Amplifier is purpose-built to meet these rigorous testing demands, providing the confidence to accurately measure the performance of photonic components.<\/p>\r\n<p>It amplifies weak photocurrents for detailed analysis and maintaining signal integrity with an ultra-low noise design and configurable frequency response, converting photocurrent to optical power for precise calibration.<\/p>\r\n<p>The PCA Series is a versatile instrument, offering flexible control with digital and analog measurement options and adjustable bias voltage.
