The VAROLASTIC\u00ae was developed to meet the highest demands and, thanks to its adaptive response to different load conditions, is the ideal choice for variable speed main drives used in construction machinery and marine technology.<br \/><br \/><\/p>\r\n<h2>From torsionally soft to resilient \u2013 a new highly flexible flange coupling<\/h2>\r\n<p>The<strong> VAROLASTIC\u00ae<\/strong> is an extremely flexible <strong>flange coupling with progressive torsional stiffness<\/strong>. The special feature of the slightly to moderately progressive torsional stiffness curve is achieved by special synthetic elastomer rollers and the innovative covex-concave contour guide. At low operating loads or stationary operation, the coupling is very torsionally stiff. As the operating load increases, the torsional stiffness increases disproportionately.<\/p>\r\n<p>The VAROLASTIC\u00ae will be available in our product range in autumn 2024.
