During WoTS, a visit to CNRood's stand should be on your list. CNRood, an expert in T&M solutions, has divided the booth into six worlds. Each world is packed with T&M demos. The first world we discuss is the World of Material Science.<\/p>\r\n

On a Probe Station micro scaled structures can be contacted with special dedicated miniature probes to enable electrical, optical and RF measurements on new materials, devices or circuits on wafer, substrates or even PCBs. Probe Stations are either manual or automated. With an automated probe station several structures can be contacted in sequential order.<\/p>\r\n

On the booth, we show a versatile manual Probe Station TS150 of MPI with Probes for DC and RF measurements, the DC probes can be connected to a Keithley Source Measure Unit SMU 2450 for Electrical Characterization. With Fiber positioners, optical measurements are possible like measuring the Optical Spectrum with the EXFO OSA20 Optical Spectrum Analyzer.<\/p>\r\n
