Regel Partners is a regular guest, because they are responsible for the building management systems. Now they are taking the next step: Regel Partners developed a smart building concept especially for a new construction project. We collect and process data using sensors and smart software. For example, in the morning, when electric cars are being charged and the building is being heated at the same time. According to Antoine, precise coordination between all parties is essential. \u201cIn this project, we worked intensively with Hoppenbrouwers Techniek to effectively integrate the new technologies. Incorporating smart building technology requires detailed planning, which is already included at an early stage of the design process. Thanks to this close collaboration, the concept now perfectly matches the client&#039;s needs.\u201d\u00a0<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span
