This line now consists of nine different sensor types, which work completely stand-alone and can be read out wirelessly. The data can be sent via the national LoRa\u00ae network of KPN, but also locally via a \u201cprivate gateway\u201d, without any costs associated with data transmission.<\/em><\/p><p><strong><em>Benefits of LoRa\u00ae technology<\/em><\/strong><em><br>LoRa\u00ae technology offers important advantages, such as:<\/em><\/p><ul><li><strong><em>Low energy consumption<\/em><\/strong><em>: With two AA batteries, the sensor can measure and transmit for 10 minutes each for more than a year. When using a D-cell battery, this can even be up to 10 years.<\/em><\/li><li><strong><em>Long range<\/em><\/strong><em>: Range up to 10-15 kilometers.<\/em><\/li><\/ul><p><em>In addition, all sensors are equipped with Bluetooth (BLE) and can be easily read and configured via the specially developed <strong>AE Sensors App<\/strong>. Users can directly adjust settings such as transmission time, measurement frequency, units and calibration.<\/em><\/p><p><strong><em>New: Low-cost 19mm pressure transducer<\/em><\/strong><em><br>For applications such as groundwater level and pore pressure measurements, AE Sensors now introduces an affordable variant of the accurate and stable ATM.1ST\/N 19mm. This new sensor is ideal for use in 1\u201d (2.54 cm diameter) sounding pipes, even if they are slightly bent.
