These powerful solid-state relays use analog proportional control, allowing for high precision control of output current.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The SVTA series is available in multiple power classes ranging from 3x50A, 3x95A to 3x125A and is equipped with thyristors that are optimally suited for both resistive and inductive loads. The maximum continuous current is 125A for resistive loads, such as heating elements, and up to 30A for inductive loads, such as electric motors. This flexibility makes the SVTA suitable for a wide range of industrial applications.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The SVTA relays are designed to minimize EMC problems. This is achieved by incorporating six controllable thyristors, which provide balanced current distribution and a significant reduction in harmonics. This results in improved electrical performance and reduces disturbances in sensitive equipment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The proportional control can be easily adjusted via a potentiometer or by using an external 0-10V or 0-20mA signal. The output signal is protected against overcurrent and voltage peaks by means of an integrated RC network or a Varistor, which further increases the reliability in industrial environments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Applications The SVTA relays can be used in a wide variety of industrial systems, including:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Control of heating elements.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lighting controls, from conventional to LED and infrared lighting.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Control of motors (from 60% to 100% load).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Inductive loads such as transformers, coils and rectifiers.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The solid-state design of the SVTA relays, without mechanical and wearing parts, provides excellent reliability and a long service life. The guaranteed service life of more than 50,000 hours, even in harsh industrial environments, makes the SVTA the ideal choice for modern industrial automation.<\/p>\n<p>The message <a
