With SAUTER Mobile Building Services 3.0, you not only have room control and reservations, but now also indoor navigation, all in one mobile app for room control.<\/em><\/p>\n

Mobile Building Services (MBS) from SAUTER<\/a> play a key role in providing a digital user experience in all types of buildings, such as office and industrial buildings, educational institutions, public buildings, hospitals and universities. The solution not only offers individual room control including scenarios and time program settings, but also secure and uncomplicated authorization management by building managers or administrators. The functions are rounded off by options for reserving rooms or workstations, equipment and parking spaces.<\/p>\n

The new version of the app (Mobile Room Control) includes an indoor navigation feature known as RTLS (Real Time Localization Service). This feature can be used to find rooms or other destinations in the building directly in the navigation view. Indoor navigation takes app users directly to selected destinations in the building using iBeacon technology. In addition, people invited to a meeting can be guided directly to the meeting room using indoor navigation and this is possible not only for employees but also for visitors, who are automatically granted guest access.<\/p>\n

iBeacon localization for buildings of all types<\/h2>\n

The Smart Sensor viaSens<\/a>, can be used for iBeacon localization, for example. The signal from the integrated beacon enables localization by smartphone in the building, thus enabling selective control of rooms or of the room segments that are typically found in open offices.<\/p>\n

An app for flexible building use<\/h2>\n

In the background, MBS are linked to the local building management system, allowing the use of rooms and workplaces to be viewed at any time. This enables demand-driven management and optimization of space usage. In addition, predefined scenarios ensure comfort and energy efficiency, in particular by directly linking reservation times to corresponding scenarios.<\/p>\n
