The latest version of SAUTER Vision Center (SVC) combines BACnet\/SC Hub, two-factor authentication, and single sign-on. With optimized dashboard functions and even more flexible operating options, SVC 8.1 offers an efficient solution for the needs of today's building operations.<\/em><\/p>\n

SAUTER Vision Center (SVC)<\/a> Meets the needs of building managers for comprehensive building, energy, and maintenance management. Thanks to its modular structure, the web-based management tool, based on the HTML5 standard, enables the operation, analysis, and visualization of building functions with maximum flexibility, regardless of location or system. The latest version, SVC 8.1, presents a unified approach to security and usability.<\/p>\n

Highlights of SVC 8.1 include:<\/p>\n

  1. BACnet\/SC Hub: This feature enables encrypted data transmission with full BACnet functionality for decentralized buildings and sites. The BACnet\/SC protocol is used in the cloud solution (Vision Services)<\/a> and can now also be used by local IT departments in the cloud.<\/li>\n
  2. 2FA and SSO: SVC 8.1 implements essential security requirements by introducing 2-factor authentication (2FA) and single sign-on (SSO).<\/span><\/span> The combination of 2FA and SSO provides a balanced approach between security and usability.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
  3. Optimized energy management: A new feature makes it possible to adjust a setpoint, such as the room temperature, for multiple objects simultaneously.<\/span><\/span> Additional functional improvements facilitate the use of templates and graphs, optimizing the operation and efficiency of the installation, especially for large-scale projects.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
