The customer not only wanted to be able to heat and dose, but also had requirements for the ergonomics and usability of the system after filling the vessel.<\/strong><\/p><p>Suurmond was commissioned to design a complete process solution. Our engineers developed an integrated system in which the reactor vessel and feeder are mounted together on a single, stable frame. The feeder \u2013 supplied by the customer \u2013 is mechanically mounted on linear guides for precise and smooth axial movement. This simplifies positioning above the vessel and minimizes physical strain during operation.<\/p><p>In addition, the system is equipped with process automation, including:<\/p><ul><li>Electric heating via tracing and control<\/li><li>Stirrer with frequency controller for optimal mixing control<\/li><li>Safety circuits with emergency stop function for increased safety<\/li><li>Integrated control cabinet, designed to customer specifications<\/li><\/ul><p><a href=\"https:\/\/youtube.com\/shorts\/09Cu5SFXrmg?si=zJFjUoFeD6VKEALl\" data-mce-href=\"https:\/\/youtube.com\/shorts\/09Cu5SFXrmg?si=zJFjUoFeD6VKEALl\">Check the video!<\/a><\/p><p>This integration not only makes the system more compact and safer, but also easier to operate and maintain.
